Getting Startedwith the Digital Service Standard

Human worked closely with the federal department, the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) to help build a culture of user-centric mindsets and behaviour within the Australian public service (APS). Helping every single person in the DTA APS eco-system needed to be able to see how ‘my role’ directly connected to user experiences – how does everything we do create a truly remarkable government experience for Australia’s citizens? Our work helps all levels of the APS to better understand people, how they can create amazing services for Australians everywhere, and what change makes possible for them, for their teams, departments and futures.
