Be More Human helps organisations align their culture and engage their people in pursuit of their shared vision, purpose, values and goals.

We founded Be More Human because we believe that human workplaces help all of us be our absolute best.

More human workplaces are great for people, they’re great for customers, and they’re great for profits. But in a world used to prioritising compliance not ethics, fear not trust, profits not people, and rules not values, being human isn’t always easy.

But it is possible.

So we work closely with organisational leaders to help align their culture and engage their people. We work with large-scale cultural transformation (up to 60,000 employees) providing advisory, capability and communications services to help make workplaces be more human.

Helping organisations become more human has been the most important work of my career.

Helping executives move from being managers of metrics, to become leaders of people, and then seeing that impact on their teams, their customers, their organisation and their communities is infinitely inspiring. From crafting whole of organisation cultural transformation or building large-scale capability lift or values shift, my work brings together the various chapters of my life.

Merging strategic business leadership, psychology, learning development and communications has helped me lead the development of sustained change and capability initiatives for organisations as diverse as the Federal Government's Digital Transformation Agency, AccorHotels, Westpac and Lion, amongst many more.

Now based in Sydney, my global experience includes over fifteen years in London, San Francisco and New York running local and global programs for Ford, Microsoft, Vodafone, Unilever and Tourism Australia. Evangelist of Conscious Capitalism, Barrett Values and the Enneagram.
