The team at Lendlease asked Human to help build a blueprint for a culture of customer service excellence at Australia’s premiere new space, Barangaroo. After extensive diagnostic, we created Baranga-You and wrote a book “How to See People - A Legacy Makers Guide” , made a film, and created a training programme to help the hundreds of new team members deliver service worthy of the address and legacy of Barangaroo.
